• Ensure daily operations comply with national and international vehicle inspection standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory and stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and manage skilled teams to achieve company objectives.
• Optimize the performance of inspection centers and technical systems to maintain consistent operations in collaborations with concerned Parties.
• Manage budgets effectively, control costs, and meet profitability targets.
• Mitigate risks and ensure business continuity through proactive management practices.
• Report company performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (required).
• 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior management within the automotive services or a related industry.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency (required).
• Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and decision-making expertise (required).
