Responsibilities
The volunteer supports ZOA in their lead role of the SJR consortium coordination tasks by supporting field and administrative activities. Support monitoring of the programme, facilitate meetings & workshops, data entry and reporting.

Data collection and entry :
Conduct focus group discussions and key information interviews;
Conduct data collection and verification calls;
Ensuring high quality and privacy of data;
Take notes and write the minutes of meetings and workshops;
Extract the collected data during field visits on paper.

Field tasks:
Support field tasks, visits and participate in field travels for the project locations. This includes security check, requested documents, taking photos, monitoring of activities, conduct interviews or success stories when requested.

Reporting:
Prepare and review reports and minutes of (narrative, field visits, meetings)
oAny other tasks as required.



Qualifications
•Bachelor degree;
•Experience of at least 1 year working with NGO;
•Experience in working in monitoring several types of humanitarian activities;
•Knowledge in humanitarian sectors and main activities;
•Familiar with MEAL tools and activities;
•Good spoken and written command of English;
•Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
