Responsibilities
1. Analyze annually SWOT Analysis from risk point of view as an input for Risk Assessment.
2. Review analyzed results sent from Risk Management HOS regarding SWOT Analysis and Audit Findings to start Risk Assessment activity in identification phase.
3. Assess risks by identifying, analyzing and evaluating risks through Risk Assessment activity (as Risk Management Procedure) in coordination with concerned parties and report to Risk Management HOS.
4. Analyze weaknesses and gabs between assets, objectives, processes and implementation.
5. Define risks classification and grouping, likelihood, vulnerability and impact values.
6. Measure risks values as scales and matrixes and define Risk Severity.
7. Follow up related treatment through Risk Treatment Plans and Actions activity by identifying Risks Owners, treatment actions, timeframes, effectiveness and resulting Residual risks (as Risk Management Procedure) in coordination with concerned parties and report to Risk Management HOS.
8. Update and maintain Risk Register periodically based on performed assignments.
9. Conduct Syriatel premises visits as planned, prepare premises risk check lists as per facility and report to Risk Management HOS.
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.

Qualifications
1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer /IT /Telecom Engineering /Business Administration or equivalent is required.
