1. Define and analyze business requirements related to e-Payment development requests
in terms of creating new / improving existing systems/products.
2. Operate, administrate mobile and web applications according to the designed documents, and build or customize in compliance with coding guidelines and standards whenever needed.
3. Perform the needed Integration and unit testing for the assigned/developed e-Payment systems and processes.
4. Monitor and ensure e-Payment systems availability.
5. To run day-to-day System’s Operations/administration tasks related to e-Payment systems including (Health checks, day/month end processes, users’ management, reports generation).
6. Review and handle reported complaints and issues and suggest the needed solutions.
7. Coordinate with System’s suppliers whenever required to ensure incidents resolution in a timely manner.
8. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
9. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of relevant experience is a plus, preferably in Telecom or Banking/e-Payment sectors.
3. Professional Certification: Oracle, UNIX, Java, .Net environment, C#, Web Servers and Web services are plus.
