Responsibilities
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the data officer, Data Entry is responsible for entering data into tailored activity databases as well as has a high level of attention to details and effective organizational and communication skills (both written and interpersonal.

- Conduct proper data entry on the PSSIS for the Family center.
- Submit the required program reporting (monthly – quarterly – semiannual – annual) for DAHW (donor) on time to MHPSS/Protection Coordinator/ Manager/related program officers.
- Manage the data entry process for the family center and follow up on MHPSS, GBV, and CP cases by coordinating with the MHPSS, CP, and GBV supervisors and other related staff.
- Follow up and supervise all the entry points daily to stay connected to the central server and remain in sync.
- Responsible for development and extracting Indicators Reports for the donor.
- Prepare the monthly Project Management Tracker.
- Ensure and follow up with the MHPSS/Protection team for reaching targets, and inform about any delays in achieving any indicators target.
- Contribute to preparing and collecting information from all the programs to prepare the narrative report for the donor on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and send these reports on time.
- Prepare the results breakdown( Outcome /Output ) report for Donors on quarterly bases and attach it to the narrative report.
- Prepare a new narrative monthly report (Sit-Rep) that includes all the activities carried out by IMC teams related to MHPSS/Protection department and send it with the results achieved.
- Collect and prepare a monthly and quarterly report (QCR) on all results achieved from the various programs with all the required details and the divided categories, and send it to the MEAL department
- Participation in preparing and implementing the work plan of the donor and following it periodically, and matching it with the achieved results
- Submit needed data analysis for the Family center to MHPSS/Protection Manager/related program officer.
- Ensure all data is completed within the program/grants milestone and maintain an accurate database.
- Responsible for following up with the database program regarding any system update, modification, or analysis, checking for any duplication and overlapping or required reports.
- Responsible for needed preparation and planning regarding staff orientation or official meetings related to the database system.
- Training new staff and facilitating accessing and using the information system by creating new user interfaces onboarding.
- Preparing workshops to train the new employees on how to enter data and extract the required reports for the new programs
- Participate in developing the PSSIS database systems to meet the new protection department needs, including data entry, reporting, data management.
- Report to MHPSS/Protection Coordinator about any delay, missing, and errors in submitting the data by field staff.
- Keep accurate data records and soft archives in an organized manner.
- Provide Info Forms and Materials for the field site when needed.
- Regular monitoring field visits to ensure the accuracy of the data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and privacy.
- Responsible for managing the process of accurate and timely entry of data in clinics, and centers.
- Perform any other related tasks required from the Direct Supervisor.



Qualifications
- University degree in Social Statistics, Data Science, Statistics or Related field.
- Demonstrated relevant experience (Minimum of three years) in Data Analytics, Data management, and or information management.
- Three years of experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs in international INGO.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in generating reports from data systems, analyzing and presenting using visualization tools.
- Experience in data development, management, classification, and analysis web browsers).
