Provides technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone.
· Diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests in a timely manner utilizing experience and understanding of the environment.· Provides end user training and assistance as required.
· Follow up users profiles according to procedures modifications.
· Keeps records of daily problems and incidents to follow-up cases.
· Ensures appliance of implemented policies regarding user requests.
· Fulfills on-demand transfer data requests.
