Responsibilities
• Conducting verification and needs assessments through the collection of primary data.
• Conducts daily field monitoring visits.
• Distribute of Food Vouchers and document the Distribution Process under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Monitors voucher redemption in local Stores and ensures Compliance to project Regulations.
• Coordinates with field partners and stakeholders to ensure the facilitation and proper implementation of the project.
• Present and facilitate capacity building events and awareness sessions designed for the beneficiaries.
• Conduct volunteer training and orientation sessions for ADRA volunteers and relevant stakeholders.
• Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports and activity plans to the Project Manager.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisors.

Qualifications
University degree in related field.
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
Relevant experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
