Responsibilities
The English instructor will be responsible for providing the highest level of academic and services support for the CEC English programs. The incumbent will report directly to the CEC management.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Teaching Workload:
-Teaching assigned English language programs
- Ensure the quality of teaching modules of the program/ courses (lessons oriented on the learners using interactive teaching methods and modern teaching approaches/aids)
- Carrying out the development of new training courses and program based on the needs of the region; monitoring and supporting other instructors’ performance by doing classroom observation, focus group discussion and questionnaires.
- Defining the educational / professional goals, consultations for all assigned students;
➢ Extracurricular workload
- Carry out planning and organization of educational and methodical work in cooperation with the CEC Management
- Ensure timely preparation of established scheduling documentation together with instructors to control the filling of documentation in accordance with the document flow approved by the CEC management.
- Monitor the assigned program, i.e., Conversational English, English for Young Learners, Academic Achievements Program…etc.
- Conduct testing of candidates for enrollment in English program in order to determine their level and assist with forming of the groups.
- Take all necessary safety measures to ensure safety in classrooms and complying with safety regulations for students in the classroom
- Monitoring and maintaining the educational materials and training equipment also supervises and takes care of the proper use of the center installations during and once hisher classes are finished.
- Responsible for the timely generation of applications for the resources of educational materials for English language programs - Ensure timely preparation of established reporting documentation by instructors (individual plan, statements, exam results)
- Coordinate communication with graduates of programs / English courses; Initiation and implementation of proposals to improve class planning, the development of curricula, training resources and evaluation of programs and English courses
- Identify potential directions for new modules, short-term and corporate courses, participation in the development of the concept and program plans and get the CEC management approval for all developed materials.
- Liaising with English instructors in order to exchange experiences, best practices and identify problems and identify solutions in the field of English programs;
- Initiation and implementation of activities to promote programs / English language courses and other programs, including the development of mock-ups of promotional products, the distribution of information materials, presentations for target groups, counseling learners and incentives to participate in courses and programs.
- Ensure high attendance of learners by timely responding to their needs and coordinate with those who were absent from classes.
- Establish educational/professional goals, and consultations for all assigned learners;
- Conduct and plan regular training and studying modern methodologies and trends.
- Implementation of feedback with learners, monitoring information on the movement and progress of graduates; contact with other organizations;
- Initiation and implementation of proposals to improve lesson planning, training resources, and evaluation of programs and English courses.

Qualifications
- The applicant must have a university degree in English, linguistics or modern languages with TOEFL, IELTS, or qualification validated by a reputable examination body or university,
- At least 5 years of approved experience in the field of English Language teaching or training.
- High efficiency with teamwork, and effective listening skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing student needs and classroom dynamics.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Good command of computer applications (especially Excel and Access)
- Social Sensibility and Personal commitment with the Project.
- Male applicant should have finished their military service, exempted, or postponed for one year at least
