- Ensure the effective implementation of compensation and benefits policies in accordance with labour law and regulations.
- Oversee regular reviews of payroll and income tax, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reports.
- Oversee related aspects of human resources once is required that related to personnel & recruitment sections.

- 5 years of experience in the filed of human resources operation with specialization in compensation and benefits.

- Strong knowledge in Human Resources operation with In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical Skills and quantitative skills to assess and evaluate compensation data, market trends, and benefits offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees
- Excellent use of MIS Office ( Excel , word , power point , outlook ).
