Responsibilities
1. Propose initial hiring plan based on prioritizing department-hiring, approved headcount and supply vs. hiring demand analysis and recruitment capacity.
2. Prepare resourcing plan to find proper channels and methods to create a pool of qualified candidates including university visits, job fairs, workshops and media channels based on supply vs. demand analysis data.
3. Browse, search and screen for qualified job candidates to close available vacancies in a timely manner using various recruitment sources.
4. Create candidates’ profiles on the related system, categorize per professional area and update with any new status of the applicants and maintain complete records in a timely manner.
5. Organize and ensure implementing interview stages in terms of running English, computer and technical tests for applicants based on assigned job description and positions’ requirement.
6. Interview and assess internal and external applicants and follow up with the technical interview phase.
7. Conduct reference check with applicant’s previous employers and security check for accepted applicants in coordination with RG team.
8. Present the employment offer and advice concerned with new recruits’ starting date.
9. Ensure notifying the unqualified and waiting applicants with interview results and advise them about their areas of developments.
10. Coordinate to obtain universities graduates’ list on a regular basis, contact and support them to apply on Syriatel website.
11. Arrange and facilitate workshops and job fairs and participate in career day’s events, to hunt and recruit best fits for Syriatel.
12. Assess skills, interests and career options for applicants/ candidates to make an informed decision about their future.
13. Ensure timely implementation of resourcing media plan by handling job posting and utilizing from online recruitment services on internal & external sites, social media channels and other channels according to the hiring plan.
14. Monitor hiring cycle process and the closing vs hiring plan, analyze the root causes in case of any gaps.
15. Prepare trend analysis reports related to interviews details such as rejection and declined reasons, headcount and hiring trends… and statistics requested by management.
16. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
17. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.


Qualifications
1. Education & Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration is required.
 1 year of HR experience is required, Preferably in Telecom.
