*Perform a wide range of different responsibilities such as attract and maintaining the candidate database as more candidates apply to work for the company.
*Act as the first point of contact between the candidates and the company including interviews, tests and interpersonal communication since it’s a major responsibility to present the first impression of the company.
*Screen and filter all resumes submitted to the open job order, seeking only the most qualified applicant.
*Perform Background and reference Checks for all prospective hires, accurately documenting these activities.
*Posting job advertisements for hiring
*Reporting to management on recruitment progress
*Running interviews, assessments, and shortlist processes
*Record and maintain all employees’ files and documents.
*Follow up HR help desk requests.
*Prepare internal memos for the reassigned employees.
*Manage the probation period process.
*Ensure feedback is well received to the applicants (CV acknowledgment, Regret Letters,Offers)
*prepare reassignment monthly
*complete the transfer and promotion cycle
*prepare employees contracts

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration( 3rd or 4th year) with one year of experience in the same domain.
