Responsibilities
1. Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine the severity of their condition.
2. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis of patients.
3. Provide emergency medical treatment and interventions to stabilize patients.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
5. Make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations to save lives.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain diagnoses and treatment plans.
7. Adhere to medical protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
9. Participate in continuous medical education and training to stay current with advancements in emergency medicine.
10. Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times.
