Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and drive all human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Led the recruitment and hiring process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding of full-time and freelancers.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and career development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Design and update company policies, handbooks, and procedures.
• Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Handle termination process.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Work closely with leadership to develop training and professional development programs.
• Maintain HR records and reports to support decision-making and compliance audits
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
