Responsibilities

Design and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

SEO and SEM Management:
Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Monitor and improve website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, ensuring ROI.
Content Creation and Optimization:

Collaborate with content writers and designers to create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs, websites, and social media.
Update and maintain content calendars.
Social Media Strategy:

Develop social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
Create, schedule, and analyze posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Email Marketing:

Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
Build and segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track, measure, and report the performance of campaigns and digital marketing channels.
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Website Management:

Maintain and update website content.
Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
Collaboration Across Teams:

Work with sales, design, and content teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
Market Research and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Ad Budget Management:

Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively.
Optimize campaign spending to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation and Conversion:

Develop strategies for attracting leads and converting them into customers.
Monitor and optimize conversion rates across digital platforms.
Compliance and Ethical Practices:

Ensure digital marketing practices comply with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Maintain ethical standards in advertising and communication.
A/B Testing:

Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of different digital marketing approaches.
Use test results to refine campaigns and improve performance.
Customer Engagement and Retention:

Implement strategies to nurture and retain customers through loyalty programs or personalized content.
Manage customer feedback and online reviews.



Qualifications
Education and Experience
Educational Background:

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
Experience:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram ads, Snapchat Business ads, TikTok Business ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong skills in A/B testing and campaign performance tracking.
Creativity and Content Development:

Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
Experience in graphic design or familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience in creating and managing paid social campaigns.
Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
