Responsibilities
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Welcoming visitors, applicants and clients.
-File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners
-Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
-Attend meetings and write MOM.
-Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
-Support the employees with their requests (scan , print , leaves …….etc)
-Make travel arrangements
-Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.
-Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor degree.
-+1 year experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
-Ability to multi-tasking and time management
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good command of English
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Familiarity with office organization
