Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and oversee exhibitions, events, and marketing activities to showcase the company’s products and enhance its public presence.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure seamless execution of events and activities aligned with company goals.
• Manage relationships with partners, suppliers, and supporting organizations to ensure the successful organization of exhibitions and events.
• Prepare periodic reports on the performance of marketing activities and events, offering insights and recommendations to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or public relations, with a proven track record in organizing exhibitions and marketing activities.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, with strong communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships with partners and clients.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Creative thinking and innovation in event planning and strategy development.
• At least 2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or public relations, with a proven track record in organizing exhibitions and marketing activities.
